Do you accept Section 8?

At this time we are not accepting any Section 8 applications. If you are a current Section 8 tenant renting property with us, your status will remain.

What lease terms are offered?

We offer 12 and 24 month lease terms

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. After the 5th, a late fee will apply.

Do you accept pets?

In some location we will. Ask your least Specialist for details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, personal checks after (first month), money orders and cashiers checks. We do not accept credit or debit cards at this time.

What factors do you look at when approving an application?

We look at credit score, rental history, employment history and income ratio.
